Breaking the Stigma
Mental illness and suicidal thoughts are surrounded by shame and silence that cost lives. We work to create spaces where people can speak openly, be heard without judgment, and find the help they need.
Mental health matters. Suicide prevention matters. We exist to fight for both, in Lynz's name.
The LJM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to mental health awareness and suicide prevention. We exist to honor Lynz's memory by doing the hard, meaningful work of making mental health conversations accessible, reducing the stigma that keeps people from asking for help, and building a community where no one feels alone.
Too many people suffer in silence. Too many families know the devastation of losing someone to suicide. The LJM Foundation stands in the gap, creating awareness, funding programs, and fostering the kind of open, compassionate community that Lynz herself embodied.
Mental health is not a weakness. Suicide is not inevitable. And grief does not have to be faced alone. The LJM Foundation fights for these truths every day.

Every suicide is preventable. The LJM Foundation funds education, resources, and outreach that equip communities to recognize warning signs, respond with compassion, and connect people to life-saving support.
Survivors and families devastated by suicide loss deserve community. The LJM Foundation creates connection points where those walking the hardest roads find others who understand and can walk with them.
Suicide is preventable. The LJM Foundation is committed to ensuring everyone knows help exists, and that reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Suicide is the 11th leading cause of death in the United States. Mental health conditions affect 1 in 5 adults every year. Behind every statistic is a person, a family, a community, that deserves better resources, more compassion, and a world willing to talk openly about what is often left unsaid.
The LJM Foundation was born from the understanding that communities can change this. By raising awareness, funding programs, and modeling open conversations, we help create the world where Lynz's death means something beyond loss.
