About the LJM Foundation
Born from love and loss, a nonprofit dedicated to mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and keeping Lynz's legacy alive.
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit built in her honor, carried forward by community.
Lynz was the kind of person who made every room brighter and every moment more meaningful. She had an extraordinary gift for bringing people together, through laughter, warmth, and an unwavering belief in the good in everyone around her.
When we lost her, we knew that the best way to honor who she was, and everything she meant to us, was to keep her spirit moving in the world. That is how The LJM Foundation began: not just as a memorial, but as a mission. A 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to mental health awareness and suicide prevention, the causes that mattered then, and matter now.
The foundation raises awareness, funds programs, and builds community around the belief that no one should face mental illness or suicidal crisis alone. Every year, we also gather through events like the Links for Lynz Golf Tournament, not just to raise funds, but to remind each other that Lynz's legacy is still very much alive.
How the legacy grew.
A life full of love and purpose.
Lynz touched the lives of everyone she encountered. Her warmth, humor, and deep care for those around her created a community of love that endures to this day.
Turning grief into purpose.
In the wake of losing Lynz, family and friends came together with a shared resolve: to keep her spirit alive through meaningful action. The LJM Foundation was born from that love and determination.
A community rallies around the course.
The Links for Lynz Golf Tournament quickly became more than an annual fundraiser. Year after year, the community showed up, on the course, behind the sponsors' table, and in every corner of support, proving that Lynz's legacy was only growing stronger.
Year four and counting.
The foundation's programs continue to grow, its community continues to expand, and its mission to fight for mental health awareness and suicide prevention continues to reach further every year. The work is not finished, and we are not stopping.
